Zibby Hydration products are daily hydration and electrolyte supplements supplied in individual stick packs.

11. Shipping and delivery

Zibby Hydration currently ships to eligible addresses in Australia, the United States and New Zealand.

Available destinations, shipping options and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

If your order is lost, damaged during delivery or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact info@zibbyhydration.com so we can investigate.

We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems as required by applicable law.

12. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows eligible unopened and sealed products to be returned when requested within 14 days of delivery.

Because Zibby Hydration is a consumable product, opened products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Where a return is approved, Zibby Hydration will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights regarding products that are faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or incorrectly described.

Any separate satisfaction guarantee or promotional refund offer will apply only when its conditions are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes a remedy available under applicable consumer law.

Unless stated otherwise, this website and its content are owned by or licensed to Zibby Hydration.

You are responsible for using products in accordance with their labels, directions and warnings.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Zibby Hydration for reasonable losses directly arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Services

• Your material breach of these Terms

• Your infringement of another person’s rights

• Content submitted without the required permission

This does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our negligence, unlawful conduct or breach.

23. Severability

You and Zibby Hydration submit to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

This does not deprive customers in Australia, the United States or New Zealand of mandatory rights available in their place of residence.

If a mandatory local consumer law conflicts with these Terms, that law will apply to the extent of the conflict.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, Services, business practices or legal obligations.

Material changes will be communicated where required. Updated Terms apply from their stated effective date and will not retrospectively alter accepted orders unless required by law or agreed with you.
