Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Zibby Hydration. This policy applies to orders delivered within Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the product must be:

• Unopened, unused and in its original condition

• In its original packaging

• Fully sealed, with the tamper seal intact

• Accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase

Because Zibby Hydration is a consumable product, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been opened, used or had its seal removed.

Starting a return

To request a return, email info@zibbyhydration.com with:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• The reason for the return

If your return is accepted, Zibby Hydration will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions explaining where and how to send your product.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Zibby Hydration will provide an approved prepaid return label at no cost to you.

You must use the return label and shipping instructions provided by our team. Zibby Hydration is not responsible for products returned using another address or shipping method without prior approval.

For change-of-mind returns, any original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us as soon as possible if your product is damaged, defective, unsafe, significantly different from its description or if you receive the wrong product. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights regarding faulty or non-compliant products. You may be entitled to a remedy beyond this period under applicable consumer laws.

Products returned because they are faulty, damaged or incorrect do not need to be unopened or in their original packaging where requiring this would conflict with your legal rights.

Sale items

Sale or discounted products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Unless stated otherwise before purchase, unopened and sealed sale items may also be returned under our 14-day change-of-mind policy.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or cash refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the product you want.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@zibbyhydration.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has entered processing or been dispatched.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was approved, contact info@zibbyhydration.com.

Consumer rights

For customers in Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers in New Zealand may also have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Customers in the United States may have additional rights under applicable federal or state consumer laws.

These statutory rights apply independently of our voluntary 14-day change-of-mind policy.
